Most electrical contractors want repeatable work. We are the opposite. The jobs we are best at are the ones with no standard drawing and no second example in the state — a machine nobody else will take responsibility for, wired, programmed, commissioned and documented by one contractor.

What we take on is the unusual, the one-off and the specialised — the jobs where the value is in getting a machine to work reliably. That has meant concrete grinding plant for Writewell at BMC, cleanroom and process work in pharmaceutical manufacturing at BioCina, and Big Ass Fans installations across Western Australia since 2013, from Perth to Albany and Port Hedland. Our automation safety background runs from robot and manufacturing plant safety cells in the early 1990s through to mining, defence, medical and pharmaceutical work today.
For Lödige we built and commissioned the controls for a powered roller deck with scales in an air cargo facility at Perth Airport: a new IP65 control panel with forward/reverse contactors and overload protection on the drive motor, a 24 V DC control supply, dead-man push-button control, and an emergency stop tied into the site's existing E-stop circuit. The deck weighs freight while it moves it, so the clearances around it are measured in millimetres and the controls stop it the moment the operator lets go.
For Irongate Solutions we wire and commission access-control turnstiles and pedestrian gates on construction sites across Perth — QR and fob readers on entry and exit, maglocked swing gates, indicator lights and shielded Cat6A data cabling. Every job type has a standard wiring drawing and a standard materials list, so a turnstile installed in Butler is wired exactly like one in Fremantle, and the next electrician on site can read it.
