We have maintained the Goodlife Health Clubs in the Perth metro area since 2010 — multi-site lighting maintenance across Innaloo, Cottesloe, Cannington, Kingsway and Subiaco, including an intermittent C-Bus network fault at Innaloo that took several weeks of logging to trace and resolve. Multi-site work is its own discipline. The same fault presents differently at each site, the person reporting it is rarely the person who saw it, and the building has to keep trading while you find it.

We also maintain The Towers at Elizabeth Quay for Cygnet West — more than thirty separate jobs at that one address, covering RCD and emergency lighting testing, thermographic imaging of the switchboards, car park and lobby lighting, a staged lighting upgrade, and reactive callouts inside individual apartments for everything from switch mechanisms to motorised window actuators. Work reaches us as myBuildings work orders, and every job we open carries the manager's own reference from the first line through to the invoice. We work to the spend cap on the order and come back for written approval before we pass it. That is what makes a building's electrical history auditable a year later, instead of a pile of unrelated dockets.

At Wanneroo Markets in Wangara we run the scheduled compliance programme for the same manager — RCD testing, emergency and exit light testing, test and tag, and thermal imaging of the boards. The June 2026 emergency light test is the plain reason that programme exists: eight fittings failed, six that could no longer hold ninety minutes of battery duration and two that failed on mains operation, and all eight were replaced within three days and re-certified to AS/NZS 2293.3. Our thermal report for the site runs to fifty-eight spot readings, each image paired with its standard photograph and the board it was taken from, so the next person to open the file knows exactly what was measured and where.
