The documentation is the part most contractors skip, and it is the part that costs you later. Every system we commission is handed over with the program backup, an I/O schedule and a plain-English description of operation, so you are never locked to one contractor to change a setpoint.

The Towers, Elizabeth Quay
Every automated lift-and-tilt apartment window is run by its own Pilz safety controller. The controller drives a matched pair of linear actuators and watches a safety light beam, a safety edge, the locks and an emergency stop, and the building management system can close the windows automatically. We have serviced the system since 2022. The original controller and safety beams have since been discontinued, so we built a master parts register that maps every superseded part to its current replacement, and documented the window wiring and how to reconfigure the actuators. That turns a fleet of obsolete controllers into a planned replacement, not a breakdown.
BioCina, Bentley
The same Bentley site we've worked at since 2010, through three operators. Under the first we integrated a new vial wash and vial fill line and automated an environmental storage room's temperature and humidity control, taken through design, construction and validation. Under NovaCina and now BioCina, the Cytiva machine integration and a cleanroom refit. Cleanroom automation also means door interlocking, particle and pressure monitoring, and the building management system.

Carpark exit warning light run by a Siemens LOGO! controller we wired and programmed: it reads which way a car is travelling, ignores the wrong direction, and flashes a fault if a sensor sticks.
