The people who do this work sit in one business. Two supervisors carry project management and site supervision between them, alongside licensed electricians, controls and IIoT engineers, and apprentices, with estimating, procurement and contract administration in-house. That matters more on a programme than on a single job. The person who priced the work, the person who orders the material and the person standing on site can settle a variation between them in an afternoon, rather than passing it through three companies first. Where a programme needs more hands than that for a period, we engage them for its duration instead of stretching a crew that is already committed elsewhere.
Most of what we run continuously is scheduled maintenance and reactive work orders, delivered by rotating crews, and that is deliberate. It means a construction programme is planned around the commitments already on the books rather than displacing them, and the supervisor nominated for a project is nominated because they are free for its duration — not because they were the next name on the list.
